prediction - 20% increase in transaction volume

I predict that we will see about a 20% increase in completed property sales in Quarter 2 2009 compared to Quarter 1 2009 for residential property in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area. The market is definitely getting busier - albeit from a very small base. Will keep you informed to see if this prediction is as accurate as the ones we have made in the past and published in our PROPERTYtimes.
