Catherine Hooper Head of Sales and Property Marketing
Catherine has worked in the property industry since 1996. Through enjoying a successful career in sales as well as lettings, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. Prior to her relocation to Bournemouth she led a dynamic, highly productive team in South West London and she has also worked within the international real estate market. Catherine is extremely passionate about YOUhome and she is tireless in her pursuit of ensuring expectations are not only met but are exceeded via her own actions and that of her team. Her tenacious style and belief that success is a journey and not a destination, fits well within the YOUhome culture. Catherine leads an active lifestyle and her hobbies include Latin dance, horse riding, music and the arts.

Lyndsey Wilkins Property Sales Specialist
Lyndsey joined YOUhome from a large global Estate Agent and has eight years industry experience. She is exceptionally customer focused and results driven. Lyndsey is pro-active in her approach and is consistently one of YOUhome' top performing sales people. Lyndsey has been with company since it’s inception and plays a key role in supporting established customers. Throughout Lyndsey's career, she has worked with many different people from all walks of life and has developed vast customer service experience. She has grown up in Bournemouth and Poole and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Penny Skypala Property Sales Specialist
Penny joined YOUhome having worked previously in estate agency in the Poole area. A business graduate from Bath University, she has 13 years of retailing experience with two leading food and clothing retailers. She is a firm believer in the value of good information when buying or selling property, and its value in delivering the highest standards of service to all our clients, with attention to detail being paramount.
Penny has first-hand experience of buying and selling property in both Poole and Bournemouth. She is married with two children in the Bournemouth grammar schools and lives in Talbot Woods , a fabulous local area to enjoy family life.01202 544 508

Hannah Bookham Head of Lettings and Property Management
Hannah has lived in Bournemouth nearly all her life and has a superb knowledge of the local area and amenities. She Joined YOUhome after completing her degree in Psychology at Southampton Solent University, and a successful career in management at one of the UK’s leading retailers. As an ARLA qualified executive, Hannah can offer sound advice to all landlords coming to YOUhome for the protection and growth of their rental investments. Hannah heads up the lettings and property management business and prides herself in providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure that clients are continually happy with the service provided. Hannah currently lives in Branksome Park, and enjoys shopping, eating out and keeping fit.

Gemma McGowan Senior Lettings Specialist
Gemma joined YOUhome from a background in operations and facilities management. Having previously worked within the building and property maintenance sector for a local building contractor, Gemma has a unique knowledge of the property market. Gemma spent three years working for a global technology corporation and is familiar with working within a dynamic and demanding environment, delivering high standards of customer service.
Gemma grew up in Bournemouth and having spent two years travelling, living and working abroad, returned to Bournemouth for work and family. Gemma enjoys travelling when the time permits and exploring the local area.01202 544 523

James Tiller Lettings Accounts Administrator
James joined YOUhome following a successful period with one of the UK’s top retailers, where he gained many important skills including delivering great customer service and managing administrative duties effectively. James has lived in Bournemouth his entire life, apart from the three years he spent living in Stoke-on-Trent, where he attended Staffordshire University. Since joining YOUhome, James has worked towards gaining his NFOPP Level 3 award in Residential Letting & Property Management which resulted in him becoming a member of ARLA in November 2011.
James also enjoys watching sport and following his beloved football team AFC Bournemouth, where he is a season ticket holder. Adrian Black Director
Adrian's interest in the property industry has spanned 20 years and he founded YOUhome based on the belief that customers would embrace a significantly more open, innovative, productive, lifestyle-driven and better value Estate Agent. He has worked hand in hand with Jeremy to make that belief a reality. His career has spanned finance, technology and property. He is now a co-owner of Berkeleys.
Adrian spent 10 years of his career leading technology development challenges at Goldman Sachs and has undertaken several of his own property developments. Adrian is a keen golfer having competed at national level and is a graduate of Imperial College, London. Jeremy Priestley Director
Jeremy is a partner of YOUhome Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements through innovative technology, he shares the Group's vision for the property sector. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong, the USA and Europe, especially Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He was a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP.
Jeremy's interests include education, theatre, restoration of listed buildings and countryside pursuits. Jeremy is married with three children and he shares his time between Bournemouth and London.01202 544 588
