Debbie Pritchett
Debbie first started in estate agency in 1987 and has a wealth of experience and local knowledge spanning more than 20 years. She is a local lass, born and bred in Poole, having attended Parkstone Grammar School and studied a degree course in Environment and Conservation Biology at Bournemouth University. Debbie has worked in both corporate and independent estate agency, in both the New Forest and the sea front. She is a firm believer in excellent customer service, honest communication and truly listening to people's needs. Debbie has joined YOUhome as Head of Property Sales and has a firm committment to helping clients through the buying and selling process. She is married to John and with their two teenage sons, lives in Parkstone.

Andrew Webb
Andrew has been involved in the property industry since 1988, with over 20 years' experience behind him, in both sales and letting. He has worked in corporate and independent agency environments and has been a director of his own businesses for the last 13 years. With his entrepreneurial skills and unwavering passion for property, he firmly believes that exemplary customer service and a thorough knowledge of property are the most important things in modern estate agency. He has joined YOUhome as Head of Lettings, with a commitment to offering local customers an outstanding and unrivalled residential letting service. Andrew is married to Michelle with 2 children, enjoys coaching mini-soccer, reading almost anything, and having fun with his family.

Lyndsey Turner
Lyndsey joined YOUhome from a large global Estate Agent. She has extensive previous experience in highly demanding customer service businesses. Throughout Lyndsey's career, she has worked with many different people from all walks of life and has developed vast customer service experience. She has grown up in Bournemouth and Poole and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area.

Alison Taylor
Alison joins YOUhome from a successful sales career spanning 15 years. She has worked extensively in the marketing, customer servicing and recruitment industries. From her time working for the world’s largest recruitment company Alison gained a wealth of knowledge of understanding people’s ambitions, lifestyles and needs. Alison believes passionately in excellent customer service, really listening to what the client wants and the power of great marketing. Having grown up locally, where her parents owned both a shop and a hotel, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area. Alison is currently researching her family history and enjoys cycling around Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole and skiing in France every year.

Donald Cusack
Donald grew up locally and has over 20 years' estate agency experience, the last 15 years having been based in Canford Cliffs, Poole. His primary interest specifically covers the village itself and the surrounding, popular residential areas, close to the harbour, the local beaches and Branksome Park. He has pioneered and continues to provide a high level of customer service throughout his work, a feature which is borne out by the volume of repeat business he consistently achieves from satisfied customers, in and around the area. He looks forward to continuing to focus on these well-regarded and prestigious locations in his new role with YOUhome . Donald is married and spends his few remaining leisure hours walking the Purbecks and on the beach in summer, as well as indulging his passion for gardening, reading and following Lewis Hamilton and his Grand Prix successes.

Anna joins YOUhome after gaining a diversified knowledge within the retail and sales sectors. She has worked extensively in sales of some of the most aspirational consumer brands. She owns her own local property and has gained a wealth of knowledge of Bournemouth having done her thorough research when relocating to the area.

Hannah Bookham
Hannah has lived in Bournemouth all her life and has a superb knowledge of the local area and amenities. She joined YOUhome after specializing in marketing and sales studies and a very successful customer service career at one of the UK's leading retailers. Hannah is a graduate of Southampton Solent University.

Katie has worked in estate agency for 10 years. She has lived for a number of years in Bournemouth and Christchurch and has excellent knowledge of the area. She gets huge satisfaction in helping each and every seller and buyer make the right move for them and has helped over 500 people move homes in her career to date.

Adrian Black
Adrian's interest in the property industry has spanned 20 years and he founded YOUhome based on the belief that customers would embrace a significantly more open, innovative, productive, lifestyle-driven and better value for money Estate Agent. He has worked hand in hand with Jeremy to make that belief a reality. His career has spanned finance, technology and property. He has worked with several boards of the leading banks in the United Kingdom and Europe supporting customer servicing, operations and financial strategy. He has spent 10 years of his career leading technology development challenges at Goldman Sachs and has undertaken several of his own property developments, each time amassing much more local market knowledge than that provided by traditional local estate agents. Adrian is a keen golfer having competed at national level and is a graduate of Imperial College, London. He lives in Poole and London.

Jeremy Priestley
Jeremy is a Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements that innovative technology can deliver, he joined Adrian to co-lead the YOUhome business. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong, the USA and a further 10 years in Europe, especially Tuscany, Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He is also a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP and a former Director of the Canary Wharf Development Company. Jeremy has been a member of the Board of governors for a state school in Lambeth, London, is a benefactor of several London theatre companies, has an active interest in the restoration of listed buildings (Tuscany in particular) and is a keen follower of countryside activities. He now lives in both Bournemouth and London.
