Louise Sims
Louise grew up and went to school in New Milton and after leaving Brockenhurst college, gradually moved along the south coast living in Southbourne, West Moors and Broadstone. Her career in the property industry started in 1995 gaining invaluable local knowledge whilst working for both corporate and independant agents. In 2004 she diversified and spent three years developing property followed by achieving her childhood dream of becoming an air stewardess for British Airways. Her passion has always been property and is relishing the exciting opportunity of returning to the estate agency industry with YOUhome . She enjoys walking in the Purbeck's and Sandbanks with her partner Stewart, keeping fit, cinema going and is a keen AFC Bournemouth supporter.

Lyndsey Wilkins
Lyndsey joined YOUhome from a large global Estate Agent. She has extensive previous experience in highly demanding customer service businesses. Throughout Lyndsey's career, she has worked with many different people from all walks of life and has developed vast customer service experience. She has grown up in Bournemouth and Poole and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area.

Donald Cusack
Donald grew up locally and has over 20 years' estate agency experience, the last 15 years having been based in Canford Cliffs, Poole. His primary interest specifically covers the village itself and the surrounding, popular residential areas, close to the harbour, the local beaches and Branksome Park. He has pioneered and continues to provide a high level of customer service throughout his work, a feature which is borne out by the volume of repeat business he consistently achieves from satisfied customers, in and around the area. He looks forward to continuing to focus on these well-regarded and prestigious locations in his new role with YOUhome . Donald is married and spends his few remaining leisure hours walking the Purbecks and on the beach in summer, as well as indulging his passion for gardening, reading and following Lewis Hamilton and his Grand Prix successes.

James Tiller
James joined YOUhome following a successful period with one of the UK’s top retailers, where he learned many important skills including providing great customer service and managing administrative duties effectively. James has lived in Bournemouth his entire life apart from the three years he spent living in Stoke-on-Trent, where he attended Staffordshire University. Living away has certainly made him appreciate how lucky he is to come back to such a fantastic place. James’s voice can be heard on the radio where he is contributor for a local show. He has also had a range of articles published in newspapers, magazines and websites. He enjoys watching sport and following his beloved football team AFC Bournemouth, where he is a season ticket holder.

Rachel Gulwell
Rachel has lived in both Bournemouth and Poole for 14 years, after relocating from Wiltshire to start a new career in the area. She joins YOUhome to continue her highly successful sales career of over 15 years, which was focused on delivering excellent results and client/customer service. Following 12 years within the Recruitment industry - Rachel continues to enjoy matching the needs and requirements of clients in order to find them their ideal home. Having joined YOUhome at the end of 2009, Rachel has already gained an excellent understanding of the industry and current market place and is thoroughly enjoying her career move.

Hannah Bookham
Hannah has lived in Bournemouth all her life and has a superb knowledge of the local area and amenities. She joined YOUhome after specializing in marketing and sales studies and a very successful customer service career at one of the UK's leading retailers. Penny Skypala
Penny recently joined the world of estate agency working in a busy office in Lower Parkstone, Poole.
A business graduate from Bath University, she has 13 years of retailing experience with two leading food and clothing retailers. She is a firm believer in the value of good information when buying or selling property, and its value in delivering the highest standards of service to all our clients.
Relocating from Surrey to Poole in 2002, Penny has first-hand experience of buying and selling property in both Poole and Bournemouth. She is married to Mike with two children in the Bournemouth grammar schools and lives in Talbot Woods , a fabulous local area to enjoy family life.01202 544 508

Catherine Hooper
Catherine has worked in the property industry since 1996. Through enjoying a successful career in sales and also lettings she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. Most recently she led a dynamic, highly productive team in South West London before relocating to Bournemouth. Catherine has a strong congruency with independent estate agency and is extremely passionate about YOUhome and the YOUhome culture – being customer focused and always treating her clients in a manner that she would wish to be treated herself. She is tireless in her pursuit of ensuring expectations are not only met but are exceeded. Her innovative style and belief that success is a journey and not a destination fits well with the YOUhome brand. Catherine leads an active lifestyle, is qualified in Latin dance and is an avid fan of music and the arts. She lives in Southbourne and is a mother of one.

Becky Munro
Becky has lived in Poole and Bournemouth since 1995 after graduating from Portsmouth University with a BA (Hons.) in Accounting. She worked as a senior manager within a leading high street department store for a number of years before taking a 4 year career break to raise her young family.

Anita Jones
Anita joined YOUhome following a successful career as an Account Manager in the Contract Hire/Fleet Management Industry looking after clients in the SW Region.
Anita has many years experience in a customer facing role providing an efficient service advising on vehicle policies and solutions. As well as her interest in cars she has always had an interest in property and interior design. Adrian Black
Adrian's interest in the property industry has spanned 20 years and he founded YOUhome based on the belief that customers would embrace a significantly more open, innovative, productive, lifestyle-driven and better value for money Estate Agent. He has worked hand in hand with Jeremy to make that belief a reality. His career has spanned finance, technology and property. He has worked with several boards of the leading banks in the United Kingdom and Europe supporting customer servicing, operations and financial strategy. He has spent 10 years of his career leading technology development challenges at Goldman Sachs and has undertaken several of his own property developments, each time amassing much more local market knowledge than that provided by traditional local estate agents. Adrian is a keen golfer having competed at national level and is a graduate of Imperial College, London. He lives in Poole and London.

Jeremy Priestley
Jeremy is a Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements that innovative technology can deliver, he joined Adrian to co-lead the YOUhome business. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong, the USA and a further 10 years in Europe, especially Tuscany, Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He is also a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP and a former Director of the Canary Wharf Development Company. Jeremy has been a member of the Board of governors for a state school in Lambeth, London, is a benefactor of several London theatre companies, has an active interest in the restoration of listed buildings (Tuscany in particular) and is a keen follower of countryside activities. He now lives in both Bournemouth and London.
