Adrian Black
Adrian's interest in the property industry has spanned 20 years and he founded YOUhome based on the belief that customers would embrace a significantly more open, innovative, productive, lifestyle-driven and better value for money Estate Agent. He has worked hand in hand with Jeremy to make that belief a reality. His career has spanned finance, technology and property. He has worked with several boards of the leading banks in the United Kingdom and Europe supporting customer servicing, operations and financial strategy. He has spent 10 years of his career leading technology development challenges at Goldman Sachs and has undertaken several of his own property developments, each time amassing much more local market knowledge than that provided by traditional local estate agents. Adrian is a keen golfer having competed at national level and is a graduate of Imperial College, London. He lives in Bournemouth and London.

Jeremy Priestley
Jeremy is a Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements that innovative technology can deliver, he joined Adrian to co-lead the YOUhome business. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong , the USA and a further 10 years in Europe, especially Tuscany, Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He is also a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP and a former Director of the Canary Wharf Development Company. Jeremy has been a member of the Board of governors for a state school in Lambeth, London, is a benefactor of several London theatre companies, has an active interest in the restoration of listed buildings (Tuscany in particular) and is a keen follower of countryside activities. He now lives in both Bournemouth and London.

Katie Crew
Katie has worked in estate agency for 10 years. She has lived for a number of years in Bournemouth and Christchurch and has excellent knowledge of the area. She gets huge satisfaction in helping each and every seller and buyer make the right move for them and has helped over 500 people move homes in her career to date.

David Cobb
David has worked for 10 years as an estate agent in and around Bournemouth. He is widely regarded as a local expert having sold in excess of 700 homes in the area in his career. David joined YOUhome when our Bournemouth office opened in October 2007. David grew up in Bournemouth and now lives on the Eastcliff.

Portia Garwood
Portia worked for a large corporate estate agency for approximately eight months before joining YOUhome, and was employed as a Trainee Manager, using previous hospitality industry experience. Portia's day to day tasks included carrying out market appraisals, preparing property details for marketing and selling properties in and around the Verwood area. Previously, she had worked for a nationwide building society for a year and gained experience in the financial services industry. Portia has grown up in Bournemouth and knows the local area extremely well.

Emily Roy
Emily started working in Ferndown for a large, local independent estate agency before joining YOUhome. She was involved in market appraisals and preparing details for properties to be placed on the market, in addition to selling properties in and around the Ferndown, West Parley and West Moors areas. Before becoming an estate agent, Emily worked as a planning officer at a charter airline and in car sales, both of which roles helped her gain experience working in a high pressure sales environment. Emily has lived in Christchurch and Southbourne for the last seven years and knows the local area very well.

Lyndsey Turner
Lyndsey joined YOUhome from a large global Estate Agent. She has extensive previous experience in highly demanding customer service businesses. Throughout Lyndsey's career, she has worked with many different people from all walks of life and has developed vast customer service experience. She has grown up in Bournemouth and Poole and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area.
