What is YOUeye?

YOUeye gives you the power to keep track of all property sales that take place near your home or on streets that you are interested in.

What happens next?

Every month we get the latest property sales direct from the Land Registry. We'll then send you an email detailing which properties have been sold on any street you are interested in, or nearby any properties you have chosen, detailing the specific address, when the sale occurred and the price of the sale.

How do I sign up?

You need to choose which streets and properties you are interested in. Simply enter in the name of the street above and choose the relevant one - or even choose the specific property. Alternatively you can click on the map opposite and choose many streets at the same time. There is no limit to the number of streets or properties you can watch. When a sale occurs we'll send you an email giving you the details of the sale.
