300,000 new homes a year will get us back on track

As I have mentioned in previous blog posts, we are not building enough new homes. Planning policy and, arguably, greenbelt policy are holding us back. Constructing 10 new garden cities is a bold idea and one that should be embraced and supported. It is projected that the plan could lead to 300,000 new homes a year.
