SafetyCertificate
· we'llorganiseaninspectiontobecarriedouttoensureyourelectrical
equipmentiscompliantwithcurrentsafetyregulations.Wealsorecommend
aPortableApplianceTestandthiscanbecarriedoutatthesametime
· werecommendBritishStandards,batteryoperatedsmokedetectorsbeing
fittedtostairwaysandhallsoneachfloor,inadditiontomainsoperated
smokedetectors.We'llorganisequotesforthis
· thevastmajorityoftenanciesrequirethedeposittobecoveredbyasuitable
tenancydepositscheme.WeareamemberoftheDPS(DepositProtection
Service)andwillarrangeforthedeposittobeprotectedtocomplywiththe
legalframework.
