contentsinsurancetobechangedtoalandlordspecificinsurance.

ifyoudon'talreadyhaveanEnergyPerformanceCertificate,we'llarrange
itforyou
ifyourpropertyhasgas,we'llarrangeforavalidLandlord'sGas
SafetyCertificate
we'llorganiseaninspectiontobecarriedouttoensureyourelectrical
equipmentiscompliantwithcurrentsafetyregulations.Wealsorecommend
aPortableApplianceTestandthiscanbecarriedoutatthesametime
werecommendBritishStandards,batteryoperatedsmokedetectorsbeing
fittedtostairwaysandhallsoneachfloor,inadditiontomainsoperated
smokedetectors.We'llorganisequotesforthis
thevastmajorityoftenanciesrequirethedeposittobecoveredbyasuitable
tenancydepositscheme.WeareamemberoftheDPS(DepositProtection
Service)andwillarrangeforthedeposittobeprotectedtocomplywiththe
legalframework.
