· settleandcloseanyaccountswithutilitysuppliers.Ifwearemanaging
theproperty,wewilldothisforyou
· provideonesetofkeysperoccupant,aswellasaspare.

· onceanofferhasbeenagreedwewillreferencetheprospectivetenant
andprovideareportofthefindingsforyourapproval
· wewilldrawupadrafttenancyagreement
· wehaveaselectionofapprovedcompaniesthatcarryoutinventoriesand
check-inswhichwecaninstructonyourbehalf.Areportwillthenbesent
tousandtothetenanttosign
· wewilltakethenecessarypaymentssothatclearedfundsareheldon
commencementofthetenancy
· we'llorganiseapre-tenancyprofessionalclean.
